"The people are fantastic, someone is actually at the other end of the phone and they respond to emails very quickly, even though there is a big time difference (Im in the UK). Im quite scepticle about ordering on line but the level of service was great, ordered the item on a thursday and they arrived on the Tuesday, UPS had a detailed tracking of my item so i knew where it was at all times. The boots are 100% genuine, they offer refunds so your not bound to the item. They are in dollars so we benefit from the grate £-$ exchnage rate!
