Footwear doesn't  fit?                                                                                                                                          

It's simple, we will happily exchange your boots.  Naturally they need to be in 'as new' condition (please include innersoles).                                                                                                                                                                                  

Shipping will be free for the second pair, however we do not cover the shipping  costs  of the boots being returned.                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Changed your mind about your purchase?                                                                                               

We will happily refund the purchase price as long as it's received within 30 days from the receipt of goods (we do not cover shipping costs). 

Problem with the boots, need a refund?

First, you need to contact us at returns@allthingsaustralian.com.au or Ph: +61 (03) 9318 9565. Prior to the return of any wrongly supplied or faulty goods, you must receive authorization and direction for any return. Failure to do so will incur refusal of the costs associated with the products return.

If the product supplied is faulty, All Things Australian will exchange the product for a new product or provide a full refund as long as the product is returned within 60 days along with proof of purchase. The cost of returning the product will be refunded up to $15. Goods are to be returned via basic Australia Post (Not Express Post). No refunds or exchanges are given on Sale Items.
