We love to send parcels to our mates in Australia and worldwide.
What are my shipping costs?
Australia wide shipping: is only $15 per order (no matter how many items purchased). Please note boots are typically not sent in boxes, as additonal charges may incurr. Free upgrade to Express Post is available for deliveries within Australia only for a limited time.
International shipping:
One pair of boots (no box) $40
One pair of boots (with box) $50
Two pairs of boots (no box) $55 ...additional pairs $10 per pair
Two pairs of boots (with box) $70 ...additonal pairs $15 per pair
How will my order be delivered?
How will my parcel arrive?
Orders are sent via Australia Post (E Parcel Post). A tracking number will be emailed to you.
Worldwide shipping are sent via Fedex or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order should take between 2-5 business days from despatch (tracking number is provided).
About Sizing...
How do I choose my size?
Many of our boots are Aussie Made, and are in Australian sizing, so we have made it easy by converting US, UK and European sizing for you.
So all you have to do is select your size and we will take care of the rest!
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Footwear doesn't fit?
It's simple, we will happily exchange your boots. Naturally they need to be in 'as new' condition (please include innersoles).
Shipping will be free for the second pair, however we do not cover the shipping costs of the boots being returned.
Please note that all sheepskin ugg boots on sale for $10 are a non return item.
Changed your mind about your purchase?
We will happily refund the purchase price as long as it's received within 30 days from receipt of goods (we do not cover shipping costs). The cheapest method for you is via regular registered insured mail (sea or air).

Problem with the boots, need a refund?
First, you need to contact us at returns@allthingsaustralian.com.au or Ph: +61 (03) 9318 9565. Prior to the return of any wrongly supplied or faulty goods, you must receive authorization and direction for any return. Failure to do so will incur refusal of the costs associated with the products return.
If the product supplied is faulty, All Things Australian will exchange the product for a new product or provide a full refund as long as the product is returned within 60 days along with proof of purchase. The cost of returning the product will be refunded up to $15. Goods are to be returned via basic Australia Post (Not Express Post). No refunds or exchanges are given on Sale Items.
